Miranda Richards is a graduate of the University of Georgia where she earned a B.S. in Consumer Economics with an Emphasis on Family Financial Management. She is a native of Madison County, GA.
Miranda was most recently an Investment Counselor with BB&T Investment Services, Inc. in Athens, GA. Prior to that, she worked with a State Farm Insurance Agency as a Financial Services Representative. Miranda holds both Life, Accident & Sickness, and Variable Products licenses for the state of Georgia, as well as Series 6, 7, 63 & 65 securities registrations.
As Director of Operations, Miranda has many diverse responsibilities including but not limited to:
- Preparing and submitting all insurance and investment new business
- Completing service-related requests for insurance and investment clients
- Managing cases through the underwriting process
- Effectively monitoring investment accounts
